Remarkable architecture at Place des Droits de l’Homme in Saint-Denis

When creative willpower triumphs all difficulties.
Because it believed in the potential of Saint-Denis, Sogelym Dixence patiently acquired land parcels one after another – a true strategy of reconstruction which let it achieve a project of impressive proportions. Two highly-contemporary buildings, joined together by a giant atrium, a venerable “place of assembly” in the heart of the city.

In the fast-growing Stade de France business district, only a few steps from the RER B interurban train, this showcase project was designed to meet the high expectations of corporate customers, looking for a strong image. A highly energy-efficient building, with suspended gardens and terraces offering a panoramic view, in 2009, it was entirely rented to France Telecom/Orange and is a place of employment for nearly 2,000 people.
