A laboratory on the cutting edge of new technologies, meeting all international norms, and only 10 minutes from Lyon and 15 minutes from the airport.
On an 18ha lot, since 1995, Sogelym Dixence has been developing in successive tranches a complex of several buildings and laboratories for world animal healthcare market leader Mérial. Offering total floor space of 40,000m², including 10,000m² of clean rooms (types L2 and L3, ISO 5 to 8). An underground tunnel (400m long) houses energy and communications utilities for the building complex.
The laboratories were delivered on a turnkey basis, including technical features, such as cold storage (compartments at -40°C) or heat chambers (incubators) both of which require very precise temperature control. The original master plan has been preserved and enables having significant architectural unity as well as an immediate understanding of the different industrial functions.
