Its major advantage is its site in the heart of the city.
Rising 117 metres high with its spire in the form of an almond leaf, the Oxygène Tower brings a breath of fresh air to Lyon. A city centre tower, within walking distance of the Part-Dieu train station, it is an expression of a European dynamic at work in France’s second largest business district. Designed to promote the wellbeing of its occupants and to fit in perfectly with the city of tomorrow, it is aligned with sustainable development values and thus becomes the first new-generation high-rise building in Lyon. 80% of its offices benefit from natural lighting.
This elegant office tower has been snatched up by major users (SNCF, Ernst & Young and others) not only because of its contemporary architecture, but also because of its built-in modularity. It is set to welcome more than 1,800 people. The Oxygène Tower programme also comprises an extension to an existing shopping centre: Oxygène Court.
With 15,000m² in floor space, it has signed with over 20 tenants including Monoprix and Planète Saturn.
29,000m² of office space, 15,000m² of high-street businesses, 28 storeys rising 117m high, and 540 underground parking spaces. Delivered 1Q 2010
