A new-generation office building in the business district of Lyon Part-Dieu.
Within walking distance of the high-speed train (French: TGV) station of Lyon Part-Dieu, this building was designed in cooperation with EDF and offers high-end features. The building was designed to act as a precursor for sustainable development. Its double-glazed facade ensures optimum sound-proofing and thermal insulation, in both winter and summer, thanks to a natural ventilation system with air circulating between outside layers. The novel system is a true source of energy savings and also helps limit CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Its design and architectural quality have resulted in its winning the Grand Prix AMO 2004, Architecture & Workplace.
