An ideal workspace in an innovative business estate.
Following the success of the first Mail Park, based in Lyon-Saint-Priest where a number of important companies are located, Sogelym Dixence is proposing a new parkland estate in the west of Lyon. The new estate is set to provide buildings and a particularly innovative environment in terms of sustainable development. The project stands around a vast reflecting pool, fed through the main building, which forms a dam by taking advantage of the site’s original topography.
The first building (6,500m²), built to replace the head offices of LDLC, was delivered in 2007 and other new buildings are under construction. They are ready to meet all HQE building accreditation standards and will benefit from an exceptional setting. The flexibility of configuration in the estate makes it possible to create variable building floor spaces perfectly adapted to the needs of users.
