An ambitious commercial programme, at the heart of a vast urban development project.
The council for the metropolitan area of Plaine Commune, which groups eight metropolitan areas to the north of Paris, has awarded Sogelym Dixence responsibility for the construction of a new tower on an exceptional site in close proximity to the RER B suburban train line.
The company, which has long been known in the northern suburbs, is much appreciated for the quality and success of its programmes and has built to date more than 150,000m2 in the area. Sogelym Dixence, in partnership with Europequipments, places this major project in the context of a new dynamic for Plaine Commune, a choice location for large companies. At the heart of a new residential space, the tower, which is set to meet the very high aesthetic and environmental standards of Sogelym Dixence, is being designed as a strong signal for the emerging urban landscape.
