Located on one of the major roads, Avenue Tony Garnier, Eklaa is a virtuous building that deploys a brand new technological approach: the innovative use of geothermal energy by dry probes, guaranteeing true respect for the environment.

The 11,300 m² of office space is brightly lit and has terraces that open onto the interior patio with a magnolia tree.

The building also has a 300 m² rooftop with a panoramic view of the city of Lyon.
