This visit to LYON coincided with the 75th anniversary of the WHO, and aimed to present France's new global health strategy for the next 5 years.

The WHO Academy was established in 2019 to support the learning of health workers around the world.
The Academy's courses will be accessible through its digital learning platform and training network
The 11,500 m² building, which will be delivered in January 2024, will consist of high-tech learning environments, an ultra-modern health emergency simulation center and collaborative spaces for learning, collaborative design, research and innovation for health.

On Thursday 21 September, our teams delivered the completely restructured Wanna building on behalf of the FRANCAISE REM.
This building is located in Boulogne Billancourt, 45 Place Abel Gance, in the heart of the Point du Jour tertiary hub, in the immediate vicinity of the ring road (Porte de St Cloud) and on the edge of Paris 16th.

July 2023 : Sogelym Dixence has realized on behalf of OFI Invest, a high-end residential complex in Levallois Perret.
It is an operation of 3 residential buildings and 6 shops: 61 rental apartments, 92 in accession, and 114 in senior service residence (DOMITYS).
The whole project takes up the codes of the Art Deco movement, the requirement is at the heart of its design and the choice of materials including semi-load-bearing stone facades and white concrete models.
Almost all the housing (apartments, townhouses and rooftop houses) benefit from balconies, terraces or private gardens and the residence benefits from a beautiful heart of common landscaped island.
