Le développement de Parc Mail se poursuit

Sogelym Dixence continue le développement de son Green Park "Parc Mail" situé à proximité de l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle, à Roissy en France.

Conçus par le cabinet d'architectes A26 Architectures, deux bâtiments représentant une surface totale de 18788 m² de locaux industriels légers et bureaux qui visent la labellisation Breeam Excellent, viennent d'être vendus en VEFA, à Barings, l'un des plus grands gestionnaires d'investissements immobiliers diversifiés au monde.

Leur livraison est prévue fin 2026.

Pou rappel, ce parc mixte développé par Sogelym Dixence depuis bientôt 20 ans, accueille de nombreuses entreprises de premier plan, parmi lesquelles les sièges sociaux de Volkswagen Group France, Volkswagen Financial Services, Sim AeroTraining, HERPORT, Heidelberg Materials France, Samsic Groupe Velcro Companies, ainsi qu'un bâtiment de services (RIE, crèche).

Gen'Home

En 2026, SOGELYM DIXENCE lance Gen'Home, bâtiment tertiaire qui symbolise l'alliance entre durabilité et accessibilité stratégique, au coeur de Gerland, 2ème quartier d'affaires de Lyon. 

Gen'Home sera mitoyen de l'Académie de l'OMS, également réalisée par SOGELYM DIXENCE.

Le projet conçu par le cabinet d'architectes Atelier 2/3/4/? développera 17.800 m² de bureaux avec des plateaux de 2.400 m² dans les étages courants, tous agrémentés de terrassess, et d'un rooftop au 6ème étage. Il comprendra également un socle serviciel (restauration et espace wellness).

Le projet offrira une performance environnementale exemplaire, avec plusieurs certifications et labels visés : HQE et BREEAM niveau Excellent, BioSourcé, Well Ready et WiredScore.

Solidarity Christmas

The SOGELYM DIXENCE group is pleased to once again participate this year in the Christmas solidarity drive organized from December 1 to 9, 2025, by the association "Suricates Les Sentinelles Solidaires," aimed at people in precarious situations, who are alone, or ill.

This solidarity Christmas hisis an initiative of Entreprise des Possibles, of which we are a Founding member.

This collective of responsible and supportive businesses has been supporting associations working in the Lyon area and its nearby surroundings in favor of the most deprived since 2019.

Sogelym Dixence, official partner of the "Fête des Lumières"

The "Fête des Lumières" is a must-see event in the city of Lyon, and Sogelym Dixence has been a loyal partner. This year, 23 works of art will illuminate the streets and iconic monuments of the city from December 5th to 8th inclusive.

Among them is Gare Saint-Paul, an iconic building in Old Lyon, whose facade will be brought to life and enhanced by "Nouvelle Vague," a video mapping created by three artists with different styles. Sogelym Dixence is proud to be the sponsor of this work.

Sogelym Dixence announces a new stage of its developement 

To accelerate its growth in France and internationally, Sogelym Dixence welcomes three new shareholders into its capital : the Caisse d’Épargne Rhône Alpes and two Family Offices.

The new shareholders will together hold 25 % of the capital of the family business founded half a century ago by Jean-Claude Condamin, who is now the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Christophe Condamin, already the CEO of Sogelym Dixence since 2015, becomes the Chairman of the Management Board.

Sogelym Dixence is launching one of the largest operation in France for housing under BRS

After the foundation stone laid for the first phase of the Lumières Pleyel project (189 homes for free access and social housing) in early February 2025, the project development has just reached a new milestone : the signing of the works contract with Bouygues Bâtiment Ile de France for the second phase, which includes 291 homes spread across 5 buildings, of which 115 will be under the Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS), as well as intermediate rental housing (LLI).

This will be one of the largest BRS operations in France led by Sogelym Dixence - the contractor - and its partners Crédit Agricole Immobilier, Européquipements, and Aire Nouvelle, with over 480 total homes, shops, and 3,000 m² of offices across all phases. "Les Lumières Pleyel" is an ambitious residential project in terms of its design, programming, and scale.

The project has been entirely conceived, designed, and revitalized as part of the renewal of the Pleyel district driven by the legacy of the Olympic Games. It is located near many educational, sports, and cultural facilities, just a few meters from the recent Grand Paris Express, Saint-Denis Pleyel train station.

Les Lumières Pleyel

Un évènement majeur pour les Lumières Pleyel s'est déroulé le 4 février 2025 avec la pose de la première pierre.

Cette première phase de logements dénommée « MISMO », représente 189 appartements (accession libre et logements sociaux). Livraison : 2027.

Conçue par les agences d’architectes Ateliers 2/3/4/, Snøhetta et le paysagiste Mugo, « MISMO » donne une place particulière à la végétation en hauteur par la mise en place de jardins suspendus et les toitures de deux bâtiments aménagés en terrasses végétalisées pour les résidents. L’ensemble s’inscrira dans la continuité d’un futur parc public.

La 2ème phase dénommée « MISME » représentera 292 appartements dont 115 en BRS ( Bail Réel Solidaire), ce qui  en fera l’une des plus grandes opérations de France dans ce domaine.

Lafayette - Lyon Part-Dieu

LAFAYETTE est un bâtiment tertiaire de 14.000 m² construit dans les années 1990, idéalement situé dans le quartier de la Part-Dieu, sur l’un des plus grands axes de Lyon : Le Cours Lafayette.

AXA Investment Managers Alts, propriétaire de cet ensemble immobilier, a confié sa restructuration à nos équipes, qui intègre notamment 
la reconversion de l’ensemble des plateaux de bureaux, la création d’un jardin patio et d’un toit terrasse accessible, l'extension à l’arrière du bâtiment, la reprise de la façade en panneaux texturés bas-carbone, et la création de socles actifs.

A sa livraison en 2026, le bâtiment réhabilité sera intégralement occupé par EGIS.

Un projet qui fera date, tant pour son exemplarité sur les critères ESG que pour ses qualités intrinsèques au service de l’utilisateur.
