Christophe CONDAMIN joined SOGELYM DIXENCE in 2010. After successively holding the positions of Deputy Director, Director of Investments and then Chief Executive Officer, he was appointed Chairman of the Board in July 2025.

Christophe CONDAMIN is also Deputy Chief Executive Officer of 3 property development companies of the Group (la Compagnie Foncière Franco-Suisse, la Compagnie Foncière du Saint-Gothard, and la Compagnie Foncière Whymper) which carry out the financial structuring of SOGELYM DIXENCE's operations

Graduated from ESSEC Business School, from SKEMA Business School and holder of a Master's degree in Economic Sciences, He began his career in 2004 at Accenture and then at EY in charge of acquisition/disposal due diligences. He then joined Banque Hottinger where he managed merger-acquisition projects

Christophe CONDAMIN was nominated for the « Pierres d’Or » in 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024 in the Developer category.

Jérôme DURAND has almost 30 years of experience in real estate professions. He began his career within the Real Estate Department of Paris Expo (Viparis/Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield), before joining real estate development, first at Kaufman & Broad and then at Sefri-Cime. He then joined in 2010 the real estate development division of the listed real estate company Covivio.

In 2013, he joined SOGELYM DIXENCE where he held the position of Deputy Director.

In 2021, Jérôme DURAND became General Director of Île-de-France Development, before being appointed in 2025 Deputy CEO and Member of the Management Committee.

Laurent FAURE joined SOGELYM DIXENCE in 2023, he is Deputy CEO Finance and Member of the Management Committee.

He is responsible for optimizing the allocation of SOGELYM DIXENCE group's financial resources, participating in the management of real estate development companies, and contributing to the growth of the IM & PM Services division.

Previously, Laurent FAURE was CEO of Powerhouse Habitat. During his career, he has also been Head of the Residential Division at Scaprim Asset Management, General Secretary and CFO at Eurosic, and Executive Director of Transactions Advisory Services at EY.

Hélène has over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in investment, structured finance, asset management, and General Management within major market players: Archon Groupe France, Axa Real Estate, Ixis Corporate Bank, and Cleaveland.Cushman & Wakefield.

Hélène Liber, who joined the SOGELYM DIXENCE group in 2017, is General Secretary and a Member of the Management Committee.

Maud WARGNY has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment.

She began her career by contributing to the development of Praemia, then led investments for France at STAM Europe. Finally, she held the position of Head of Investment for France, Southern and Eastern Europe at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she developed and implemented real estate strategies aligned with market cycles, through direct and indirect investments while optimizing asset performance.

Her leadership was recognized with the Golden Stones award for Best Investor and Asset Manager in 2021.

Jérôme BES de BERC has nearly 25 years of experience in corporate finance real estate, including 17 years in Goldman Sachs' real estate asset management subsidiary, Archon Group, then in a Property Management subsidiary of Primonial, and finally at FREO, an independent European SME of a hundred people, specialized in investment, development and management of real estate assets, where he headed the French subsidiary, a portfolio management company approved by the AMF.

Recognized professional in Property Management, Nathalie has more than 25 years of experience in tertiary and commercial real estate management, team management, client development, and operational performance.

She notably led the Property Management Department of the Telmma Property Group and participated in the creation of APROMA, the professional association of Property Managers.
