BALTHAZAR - ORANGE BUSINESS SERVICES HEADQUARTERS
SOGELYM DIXENCE was one of the first to believe in the potential of SAINT-DENIS. As an extension of this faith, the group created a large-scale commercial real estate project to breathe new life into the Place des Droits de l’Homme: the Balthazar. Ideally located in the business district of Stade de France, near the RER B and 10 minutes from Châtelet-les-Halles, this high energy efficiency building, with its hanging garden and terraces with panoramic views, is the headquarters of ORANGE BUSINESS SERVICES.
