In the Europole business district of Grenoble, creation of a mixed building composed of 3 floors of offices and a student residence with 172 rooms.
This project, in line with its double intended use as offices and housing, was designed according to a High Environmental Quality process: use of renewable materials, minimization of maintenance, collection of rainwater and runoff water, control of consumption and use of renewable energies.
