Sogelym Dixence

Built in the 80s, "The Primate"  has turned a new page in its history, with a heavy rehabilitation led by SOGELYM DIXENCE.

This tertiary building, which was for more than 10 years the headquarters of the SPL Lyon Part-Dieu, enjoys an exceptional central location, at the corner of 2 major axes of the Lyon Part-Dieu business district, rue Garibaldi and rue Servient.

On the service side : public transport, bike paths and Vélo'v station are at the foot of the building.

The requalification of the Primate, renamed Primatvera and acquired at the end of 2022 by abrdn on behalf of a pan-European investment fund, has consisted in : 

. The exposure of the initial structure of the building

. The complete renovation of the façade which will be clad in Bourgogne stones

. The total redevelopment of the trays that can be arranged by the future tenants 

. An extension of wooden structure, representing 1.000 m²
. The creation of private green terraces, common outdoor spaces - rooftop and garden in the heart of the block - for a total area of 1,500 m²

 .The creation of an active base with shops and restaurants

After works, the project designed with the architectural firms Albert Constantin and AIA Architectes, represents 6,600 m²of offices in R + 8.
