Sogelym Dixence

GEN'HOME is a commercial project that symbolizes the alliance between sustainability and strategic accessibility – in the heart of Gerland, Lyon's second business district. The project will be adjacent to the WHO Academy, also developed by SOGELYM DIXENCE.

GEN'HOME will develop 17,800 m² of office space with 2,400 m² floor plates on the typical floors, all featuring terraces, and a rooftop on the 6th floor. It will also include a service base (restaurants and wellness area).

The project will offer exemplary environmental performance, with several certifications and labels targeted : HQE and BREEAM niveau Excellent, BioSourcé, Well Ready eandWiredScore.
