Sogelym Dixence

LAFAYETTE is a 15,000 m² office building built in the 1990s, ideally located in the Part-Dieu district, with excellent visibility at the corner of two major roads (Cours Lafayette and Avenue Thiers).

The virtuous restructuring of this asset and its transformation into a modern, exemplary building has been entrusted to us by BNP PARIBAS Asset Management, the owner of this property. It will achieve environmental and energy performance never before seen in LYON, including:

- Optimized preservation of the existing structure
- Extensive reuse using the "3Rs": Reuse – Reutilization - Recycling
- Use of low-carbon-impact materials
- Production of renewable energy

Upon its completion in 2026, the renovated building will be fully occupied by the regional headquarters of EGIS.
