New life for this legendary building on the island of Jatte
In an exceptional environment on the island of Jatte In Neuilly-Sur-Seine, right next to the central Business Quarter of La Défense, Sogelym Dixence carried out the extensive renovation of a 7.000 m² office building dating back to the 1970s, formerly occupied by the Yves Saint-Laurent Group.
The environmental aspect of the building is reinforced by the implementation of a geothermal system to ensure the heating and cooling requirements of the building.
