Urban Garden
A virtuous campus, symbol of new ways of working
Located in the heart of the Biodistrict of Lyon Gerland, Urban Garden is a tertiary campus of 28,000 m² divided into 5 buildings.
Its contemporary architecture, fluid, refined, is signed Valode & Pistre. An exceptional project, a true incarnation of new uses and new ways of working: fully flexible office floors, more than 2,000 m² of green spaces, vast terraces, "Urban Village" and its 2,000 m² of service areas (numerous catering offers, coworking spaces, concierge, loft, gym, wellness area, etc ...)
Since September 2021, the site has hosted the Regional Department of Engie over an area of 22,000 m² as well as the Viatris teams which occupy 6,000 m². In all, 2,200 employees are present on site.
